Canyon Lake
In addition to its two beautiful rivers, New Braunfels also has a lake located just down the road. Canyon Lake has 80 miles of shoreline and is
enjoyable for water recreation sports like boating, jet skiing and scuba diving.
There are plenty of parks open to the public that offer access to the water and boat ramps including Canyon Park, Comal Park, Cranes Mill Park, Jacob's Creek Park, and Potter's Creek Park.
For those who enjoy fishing, the lake has abundant largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, catfish, white bass, striped bass and sunfish.
