San Antonio Missions Baseball
One of America’s favorite pastimes is baseball, and San Antonio is no different.
The San Antonio Missions are San Antonio’s minor league baseball team, but attending one of their games can prove to be major-league fun for residents and visitors alike.
Since 1933, the San Antonio Missions have drawn visitors to partake in a special atmosphere of family-friendly entertainment. In addition to special giveaways, and audience participatory games, most of the audience waits eagerly for the appearance of Henry, the beloved Puffy Taco, who appears at every home game. Of course, all of the fun and games are not meant to distract from the main event -- the baseball.
